All tuition is due in advance of your child's care

Registration Fee*

A registration fee of $50 per child or $75 per family is due upon entrance into the program. 

(*For new families only: a Holding Fee, equal to the first week's tuition, is also due at the time of registration.  This reserves your child's spot in our program until you decide to start with us. Without this fee, your spot is not reserved)

 

1) Weekly fees are charged on the basis of enrollment rather than attendance. No adjustments will be made for tuition based on daily absences, weather, holidays, illness, vacation or other reasons.

2) Our Toddler fee of $150 per week is for children ages 18months -3years and any child 3 or over who is not potty trained. Our preschool fee of $140 weekly is for children 3 and up who are potty trained. We consider potty trained children to be those who need only minimal help in the bathroom, and are having two or less accidents per week.

3) Weekly fees are due the Friday prior to the week of care and no later than Monday morning for the current week. There will be a late fee added to your bill for families that have not paid by Wednesday of the current week. You will be charged a $5 a day late fee for each day until payment is received. Payments may be made by cash or check and should be placed in the Tuition Envelope located at the front entrance. Receipts for payment will be placed in your tuition envelope. Receipts will be signed and will list our Tax ID number for use with your childcare flexible spending accounts.

4) No refunds will be given for time your child does not attend the center. A two week written notice is required should you choose to withdraw your child from Adventure Academy. Tuition is due for those two weeks whether or not your child is in attendance at the center.

Preschool Curriculum Fee

There will be a Materials Fee off $25 per semester for all preschool children ages 3 and up. This fee will be billed in September and January for each child in preschool. This fee allows us to continually update our learning tools and equipment to best suit the developmental and educational needs of our students. In addition there will be a $15 summer fee which will cover the cost of sun screen, water play, and other special summer activities.


Late Charge

There will be a late fee of $1 per minute past your scheduled pick up time. No exceptions.

Activities Fees

Some field trips may require a small fee to cover the cost of admission. This would include field trips to places such as the Children's Zoo and the Lincoln Children's Museum.
